I had a real good buddy back in the 70s. He used to sing this song. Asked him where he got it, said my man Hoyt. Been a fan of Hoyt ever since. Now he has gone to the other side. RIP HOYT.

I’m 54 and she is my all time favorite but it makes me think of all the singers before recorded history and wonder. There was probably a 100 tear old man in 1973 going she’s great but she’s no someone I heard in 1885.

I discovered her in France with It's So Easy, in 1977 or so. Both a bang and a revelation. Never forgot since. I still sing and play this song every once in a while. See you in Heaven, and all this sort of things !

Absolutely, one of my favourite songs of all time.

Hoyt wrote some of the best songs and had his own style of singing. Then to add Linda to the mix was awesome. There was a great mix in their voices.

Gonna dust off my time machine, tune it up, set it for.1960's and hit every Linda Ronstadt venue I can find. If I get lucky it'll break down and I will be struck...oh well. I think I'm gonna love her for a long long time.
